24 Hour Services

ATM Cards

ATM Cards provide you with 24 hour access to cash at thousands of machines worldwide that display the SHAZAM®, Pulse®, AFFN®, Cirrus®, MasterCard®, Visa®, or Plus® logos. No charge is assessed to members using one of R.I.A. Federal Credit Union's ATM terminals (see ATM listing for exact locations). Each cardholder is also entitled to six (6) free transactions per month at machines we do not own or operate. All transactions require a four digit PIN for security.

SHAZAM®Chek Debit Cards

SHAZAMChek Debit cards allow you to make purchases directly from your draft account at millions of merchants worldwide. SHAZAMChek cards are faster than writing checks, easier and safer than carrying a lot of cash. Your card can be used at any merchant displaying the MasterCard Debit logo. You can also use your SHAZAMChek Debit Card just like a regular ATM card to get cash at any SHAZAM®, Pulse®, Cirrus®, MasterCard®, Visa®, or Plus® ATM terminal. Your R.I.A. Federal Credit Union SHAZAMChek card makes keeping track of your money simpler, too. Every purchase you make appears on your monthly share draft / checking account statement. MasterCard® SecureCode

MasterCard SecureCode is a new service to enhance your existing Debit MasterCard account. A private code means added protection against unauthorized use of your card when you shop at participating online merchants.

To learn more or register your card, click on the MasterCard SecureCode button above. Online merchants have begun requiring this additional security code to complete purchases online. Day and Night Access (DANA)

DANA is a free, convenient, 24 hour service that allows you to complete transactions anytime, anywhere with only a touch tone telephone. By pressing a specific number combination, you are able to transfer funds, make loan payments, find out the prior year's tax information or check your account balances. Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) ensures that you are the only person with access to your accounts. A complete listing of DANA transaction codes is available upon request.
