Think back to December 31, 2019 – where were you? What were you doing? What were your goals for the New Year?
Now, fast-forward to the present. The last nine months of 2020 were nowhere near what we had once anticipated as a new beginning, a fresh start. Yet, you’ve grown. You’ve learned. You’ve adapted. And you’ve helped us to do the same.
A year that initially presented limitless possibilities transitioned to a year that presented nothing but limits, but our members at R.I.A. Federal Credit Union have remained loyal and steadfast which is a huge reason behind why we’re still standing today. We’ve come together to form stronger relationships, act with more integrity and incite action where we need it most. In a time where it’s easy to think about oneself, our neighbors, businesses, non-profits, and community continue to work together to support one another.
As we reflect on 2020, a year where it was easy to feel alone, we couldn’t feel more together. It’s true what they say – that trying times can bring out the best in people and we’ve seen that this year more than ever before.
From us to you, thank you for making the most of this year. Thank you for working in our communities. Thank you for serving our communities. But most importantly, thank you for making our communities better places to live. It’s because of you that we can move forward and see another new beginning, another fresh start.
Your strength and resiliency will continue to move us onward, and we look forward to serving you again in 2021 and for many years to come.
