What You’ll Need To Get Started

Before opening your account, please review the checklist below for your business type. Having these documents ready will help us serve you faster and ensure your account is opened smoothly.

Business Type Required Documents
Club / Association Proof of Tax ID (IRS letter, recent tax filing first page, or Schedule C)
Sponsoring agency letter verifying club / association affiliation
Corporation Proof of Tax ID (IRS letter, recent tax filing first page, or Schedule C)
Articles of Incorporation
Certificate of Existence / Good Standing
Certificate of Assumed / Fictitious Name (if applicable)
Limited Liability Company (LLC) Proof of Tax ID (IRS letter, recent tax filing first page, or Schedule C)
Operating Agreement / Articles of Organization
Certificate of Existence / Good Standing
Certificate of Authority / Designation (if applicable)
Certificate of Assumed / Fictitious Name (if applicable)
Partnership

Proof of Tax ID (IRS letter, recent tax filing first page, or Schedule C)
Partnership Agreement

Depending on Partnership Type:
General Partnership: Trade name filing with county clerk if using a name other than partner names
Limited Partnership: Certificate of Limited Partnership + Certificate of Existence
Limited Liability Partnership: Statement of Partnership + Certificate of Existence

Sole Proprietorship Proof of Tax ID (IRS letter, recent tax filing first page, or Schedule C)
Trade Name Certificate (if using a DBA)
